Each piece is lovingly knitted by hand, making every item unique for you. For this reason, we do not offer returns. Please double-check sizing and all details on the site before purchasing and we’re happy to help if you’re unsure.

Queries or questions regarding your purchase can be submitted via the contact form.

If your item arrives damaged, we will gladly offer an exchange. To be eligible, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery and provide clear photographs and proof of the damage. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

 

ORDERS

Please note: Orders are usually processed within 1 week. During peak periods, it may take 1–3 weeks to make your item. This applies only to made-to-order products.
