•How long does it take to receive my order?

Please allow 1 to 3 weeks for your order to be processed. This timeframe includes both production and shipping.

CARE

• How should I wash my knitted item?

Hand-wash your knitted piece in warm or cold water. Lay flat to dry, do not hang.

• Can I machine wash my piece?

No! Machine washing may cause stretching, pilling or distortion over time.

PRODUCTION

• How are our pieces made?

Each pair is crafted using a mix of handwork and machine finishing. Every piece takes hours of construction, shaping, detailing, and refinement. No mass production. No restocks. Small batch only.
